Wake up Morning Yoga With Cathy every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 9am - 10am $10 Start your morning with a yoga wake up call. We begin with gentle, slow movements, progressing to more active stretching and yoga vinyasa flows to improve strength and flexibility. The class will transition to floor work, including core strengthening, followed by a mindful cooldown/savasana. My goal is to prepare your mind, body, and spirit to meet whatever may come your way during the day with positivity and increased energy. This class is appropriate for all levels of yogis, from beginner to advanced.

Soundscape A soundscape session is a relaxing experience using gentle, calming sounds – including crystal singing bowls and other soothing percussion instruments – to help the body unwind, calm the nervous system, and release stress.
